LIVE FISH DELIVERIES TO MAINLAND UK + ISLE OF WIGHT

All fish will be sent in good quality health after going through a quarantine period.
Fish are packed in bags with water and pure oxygen which will surprisingly keep the fish in good health for up to 48 hours, they will only be in them for a maximum of 21 hours as they leave us at 5pm and will be with you the following day before 2pm.
Tropical orders are boxed in polystyrene with enough packaging and heat required to make the journey.
Coldwater orders are packed in cardboard boxes.
All fish are delivered between 8am-2pm latest. Unfortunately at the moment neither courier services text to give an hours time slot.

All pictures are for illustration purposes only and are to help the customer identify the species of fish which they are purchasing.

All fish must be researched fully before buying to put them into one aquarium.

If you are unsure on compatibility of certain fish please just contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If your order is sent the postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded unless in the case of a full order not getting to you alive the whole order can be refunded or re sent.

Please do not refuse the fish at the door this will void any refund.

Courier companies may leave your order with a neighbour if no one is in to ensure the welfare of the live stock. Please notify us if you dont want the courier to leave it with a neighbour, please leave a note in the comment section upon ordering. If your not in to receive the order courier charges still apply. If the parcel is delivered to a neighbour delivery is completed by the couriers it is then your responsibility to collect the fish.
The only delivery days possible are a Wednesday,Thursday and Friday.

In the unusual case of receiving fish in poor health or dead on arrival, pictures must be received preferably in unopened bags on the same day in which the order was received.

Refunds will be received on the same day.

Unfortunately due to having strict rules on next day deliveries for livestock we only deliver to the mainland UK excluding some harder to reach places where overnight couriers cannot guarantee next day delivery and therefore cannot deliver to these following postcodes:
